Your Packing List:
-Water Bottle
-Pillows, Pillow Cases, Bed Sheets
-Blankets, Sleeping Bags, Towels
-General Toiletries (NO aerosol cans as cabin smoke detectors are sensitive to smoke, steam and spray) and Clothing items (including swimwear)
-BYO cabin kitchenette items and beach stuff
-Medications, Torch, Mobile phones, Chargers
-Activities packing list: Bible, Sunscreen, Hats, Sunnies, Eyeglasses
-First Aid Kit (Leaders)
Important Reminders:
-Kindly familiarize yourselves with the venue's full map (see link above) as we are booked at the Shellys campsite area.
-ALL campers MUST arrive on time and attend the 11AM Induction at the Main Reception to be conducted by the Sunshine Coast Recreation Centre (SCRC) Staff.
-Access to cabins will be from 2PM on Friday, 7th April 2023.
-Cabin pincodes will cut out from 9AM on Monday, 10th April 2023 but we are welcome to stay onsite until later that afternoon.
-Cabins have kitchenettes but no items such as cups, saucers, bowls, utensils so BYO.
-Clean as you go especially in your respective cabins.
-BYO beach stuff for a relaxing time by the beach.
-Always make sure you let your whereabouts known to immediate family members and/or cabin mates especially when wandering away from the main campsite.
-Please be mindful of other campers and courteous to staff and mealtime servers.
-Kindly approach this retreat experience with thanksgiving & praise for God, an open heart for the Word & Holy Spirit, and love for others.
